Subsequent sessions of Chiropractic care, Active Isolated Stretching, myofascial release Pregnancy/Postnatal care, paediatrics. Lasts 30-45mins and includes personalised rehab, stretches & self-management strategies.(Excludes Lymphatic Drainage and specialist therapies)

Rehab session - £75
A dedicated session to design and implement a tailored rehab plan. We will assess your injury, functional movement patterns, discuss your movement goals and barriers. A personalised rehab plan will be emailed to you. Lasts 45-60mins.

​C-Section Scar Initial Consultation - £75
Includes initial assessment and treatment, a full postnatal assessment (see above) and lasts approx 45-60mins. You will also receive personalised recovery plan detailing management at home & a follow up text/email to check your progress. For best results, a C-section course (4 treatments) is also recommended for continued care.

​Breastfeeding Initial Consultation - £75
Includes initial assessment, birth debrief, oral assessment, feeding observation (if possible), musculoskeletal assessment, diagnosis summary and treatment. You will receive a detailed summary of any findings, treatment and management plan.
Appointment lasts 45-60mins.

Breastfeeding Follow up - £58
Subsequent breastfeeding sessions and ongoing support. Will include ongoing assessment and re-evaluation and any appropriate paediatric treatment. Appointment lasts 30-45mins.

Emergency Appointment Fee - £45 (Additional)
Bookings within 24 hours notice, out of hours and non-regular weekend appointments carry an additional fee of £45. Contact directly to enquire and book.​​​
