Treatment session - £45
Subsequent sessions of Chiropractic care, massage (excluding Lymphatic Drainage, Hot stones & specialist therapies), Active Isolated Stretching, Pregnancy/Postnatal care, paediatrics. Lasts 30-45mins and includes personalised rehab, stretches & self-management strategies.
Rehab session - £65
A dedicated session to design and implement a tailored rehab plan. We will assess your injury, functional movement patterns, discuss your movement goals and barriers. A personalised rehab plan will be emailed to you. Lasts 45-60mins.
C-Section Scar Initial Consultation - £65
Includes initial assessment and treatment, a full postnatal assessment (see above) and lasts approx 45-60mins. You will also receive personalised recovery plan detailing information and support for self-massage and management at home & a follow up text/email to check your progress.
C-Section Scar Treatment Course - £200
4 x treatment sessions including scar massage and mobilisation, lymphatic drainage massage, myofascial release and abdominal work, a full postnatal assessment (see above) approx 30-45mins. You will also receive personalised recovery plan detailing information and support for self-massage and management at home & a follow up text/email to check your progress.
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy - £65
Initial assessment for suitability and to assess requirements and Full body treatment, including focused treatment on problem areas. Lasts approx 45-60mins,. Includes tailored care and lifestyle advice to support you, and a personalised detailed summary, plus a follow up text/email to check your progress.
Hot Stones Massage - £55
A relaxing and deeply warming full body treatment, including focused massage treatment on problem areas. Includes a complimentary foot massage if wanted/appropriate. Lasts approx 45-60mins.
Note: New clients will need to book an Initial musculoskeletal consultation appointment (see above) which involves a health questionnaire to assess suitability before the hot stones massage treatment.
Breastfeeding Initial Consultation - £65
Includes initial assessment, birth debrief, oral assessment, feeding observation (if possible), musculoskeletal assessment, diagnosis summary and treatment. You will receive a detailed summary of any findings, treatment and management plan.
Appointment lasts 45-60mins.
Breastfeeding Follow up - £45
Subsequent breastfeeding sessions and ongoing support. Will include ongoing assessment and re-evaluation and any appropriate paediatric treatment. Appointment lasts 30-45mins.
