Your Visit
Initial Consultation
Melyn Therapies is a relaxing and calm space located in the clinic to the side of 17 Harrismith Road, Penylan, Cardiff, CF23 5DG. Parking is available outside the clinic and in the surrounding residential area. Please arrive at your allocated treatment time and knock on the white door where I will be to let you in.
During your first visit we will go through a health questionnaire so that the best possible treatment can be tailored to you.
We often use a combination of chiropractic care, sports massage, therapeutic massage, targeted trigger point therapy, active isolated stretching & rehabilitation exercises. We will discuss with you any areas you would like us to work on before each session, so each visit adapts to you.
What To Bring
We recommend you wear something comfortable that you can easily move in or be removed such as a bra or vest and shorts or leggings. Treatment gowns are also available.
Please feel free to bring your own bottle of water in case you get thirsty.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before your appointment. Please contact on 07533392716 or email drlnicol@hotmail.co.uk to amend or cancel.
Cancellations made after this time, non-attendance or if you are running more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, may incur a charge of the full treatment cost. Thank you for your consideration.
